2010 Chevrolet Equinox Priced $1,800 Lower than its Predecessor

It looks like GM has chosen a more aggressive price approach with the all-new 2010 Chevrolet Equinox crossover that will start from $23,185, or $1,800 less than the previous generation Equinox when it goes on sale in the U.S. this June. Chevy's latest crossover will be offered with two new engines, a 182HP 2.4-liter 4-cylinder Ecotec which delivers an estimated 30 mpg highway and 21 mpg city, and a 264HP 3.0-liter V6 that returns an estimated 25 mpg highway, 18 mpg city.

Despite the fact that the all-new Equinox carries a smaller price than its predecessor, the General supports that the list of standard equipment is longer including more airbags, power lumbar support, and 17" wheels.
