This year's edition of the Los Angeles Auto Show will play host to more than 20 world debuts as well as 20 or so North American premieres, organizers of the event revealed on Thursday. "The growing global significance of the LA show is clearly demonstrated by the number and importance of the debuts," said Andy Fuzesi, general manager of the LA Auto Show.
While the event planners are keeping most details about the world premieres to themselves, they said that among the cars on show will be the U.S. market version of the Fiat 500, the all-new 2011 Nissan Quest minivan, the Chevrolet Volt extended-range EV and the fully-electric Nissan Leaf.
The organizers added that the world debuts will come from manufacturers in Europe and Asia, as well as those in the States.
The 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show will open to the public on Friday, November 19, and run through Sunday, November 28, 2010.
